Designed with today's popular pistol-caliber carbines in mind, the Stern Defense H2S Hybrid 2-Stage Trigger is purpose-built for use in the AR platform. This unique trigger design blends features from dependable mil-spec trigger units and finely tuned competition triggers to produce a single, do-it-all design that users can depend on.

Each Stern Defense H2S Hybrid 2-Stage Trigger is a direct, drop-in replacement for any OEM AR-15 trigger and features a 2-pound first stage followed by a 4-pound second stage that breaks cleanly. The trigger features a duty spring that prevents inadvertent bump fires and protects users against failures to reset, both features that can be found in many PCC triggers. Durability is also assured, as this trigger unit underwent a 250,000-round torture test without experiencing a single failure.

Want to change the poundage to something better-suited for a precision rifle? Simply swap out the green, 3-pound spring included with the trigger, and you'll experience a solid wall that breaks with a light touch. Each Stern Defense H2S Hybrid 2-Stage Trigger installs using mil-spec trigger and hammer pins and features a trigger and disconnector machined from A2 tool-steel bar stock. The trigger features a semi-flat bow and can be had with or without a nickel-boron coating.
